30 years old patient with severe congenital deformation of the RT leg.
Patient was asked to climb the slope backwards. This exercise requires a higher use of the Qוads, Glutes and Hamstrings than when climbing forward.
Patient uses his hands to take most of the weight off of his right leg. Because he does not have enough strength in his right leg to initiate a step and support his body weight while moving backwards - the patient takes smaller steps with this leg.
